The Building and Energy district management course
The focus of the course is on the priority theme of energy upgrading of buildings in view of the energy transition. In an outdated real estate context like the Italian one, where 50 per cent of buildings are in the lowest energy class, new professionals capable of managing this energy transition process are absolutely necessary. The Building Manager Course aims at training a new professional figure, able to manage from a technical, contractual and managerial point of view the energy transition of the Italian real estate heritage, between energy requalification, management of tax incentives and energy communities.
SKILLS
During the Building and Energy district management course you will acquire the following skills:
- Knowledge of innovative energy technologies and their integration in urban contexts
- Expertise in the use of tools and technologies for monitoring and managing energy consumption
- Expertise for the proper management of contracts for building renovation
- Creating new energy communities
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including residents, local administrators and businesses
