The Digital Painting and Comics Course
The course will take you through an educational experience that fuses traditional art skills with the possibilities offered by digital painting and the visual storytelling of comics. Through in-depth lessons and guided practice, you will acquire high-level technical skills in the use of advanced digital tools. We will explore digital painting in all its facets, from advanced software use to virtuoso colour management. In parallel, we will focus on the creation of digital comics, transforming narrative concepts into captivating and meaningful visual works.
SKILLS
During the Digital Painting and Comics course you will acquire the following skills:
- Competence in visual storytelling, understanding the sequence of images to communicate stories or concepts
- Advanced knowledge of software used in the industry, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint or other specific tools for digital painting and comics
- Ability to adapt one’s creations to market or customer requirements, including digital and printed formats
