The Green Building course
This course trains highly innovative figures capable of providing support to planners and construction companies in the green building sector. In particular, the role of the design technician will be increasingly central to the country’s energy transition process: the new regulations on energy efficiency and incentives, in fact, identify the technician as the figure
responsible for certifying both that energy requalification interventions meet the technical requirements imposed by the regulations (necessary to access incentives) and that the costs of the work are congruous. These situations require new technicians, unlike past figures, to have ever-increasingly cross-sector skills in terms of energy, and of material, structural, operational and economic sustainability.
SKILLS
During the Green Building course, you will acquire the following skills:
- Developing energy certifications
- Carrying out building energy diagnosis
- Modelling residential buildings with BIM
- Carrying out thermographic analysis
- Planning energy upgrade works
- Developing cost-benefit analysis
- Understanding aspects of work-site safety
- Carrying out measurements with drones in non-critical situations
- Using energy modelling software to model buildings
