The Economics and Management Control Course
The course offers an in-depth and practical perspective on the theories and applications of business economics. Through a combination of theoretical concepts and practical cases, Talents gain a comprehensive understanding of financial management, cost analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. The course focuses on the critical analysis of financial data to make informed decisions and optimise company resources. Topics also include the role of economics in the business environment, the interpretation of financial results and the evaluation of business performance.
