The HR Management course
The course is aimed at young people interested in developing their knowledge in the field of Management and administration of human resources in organisational structures set up in accordance with company logic.
From the development of principles of Management regarding business economics, marketing and organisational models, the course focuses on the field of administration and staff Management, providing in-depth examination of labour law, forms of remuneration and taxation, development of potential and talent Management, and techniques for recruiting, internal communications and company relations.
SKILLS
During the HR Management course, you will acquire the following skills:
- Administration of staff in small, medium and large companies
- Use of payroll and HR Management applications
- Application of regulations governing companies and employment in regards to staff Management activities
- Implementation of plans for the research, selection and training of staff
