Coaching
The Coaches are professionals that have first-hand experience and knowledge of courses similar to those offered by JAC, and their duty is to use this knowledge to support each Talent for the entire duration of their course, from orientation on enrolment to employment, through a personal and individual relationship.
Every Talent is assisted by a Personal Coach who will accompany them throughout their experience and provide them support in achieving their personal and professional goals.
During the time spent in JAC, the Coaches will organise periodical interviews in order to set goals and then monitor them together with the Talent and the various figures to be involved if and when necessary.
In particular, a schedule of monthly meetings will be aimed at:
Favouring a full educational experience oriented at entering the world of employment.
Facilitating progress in the educational course.
Developing a methodology aimed at achieving specific goals with practical tools.
Organising experiences and events that are fundamental for creating a relationship based on trust.
Providing support for employment and university enrolment.
