The Economics and Management Control Course
The course offers an in-depth and practical perspective on the theories and applications of business economics. Through a combination of theoretical concepts and practical cases, Talents gain a comprehensive understanding of financial management, cost analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. The course focuses on the critical analysis of financial data to make informed decisions and optimise company resources.
