Energy and innovation
Discover the new JAC course to become a Higher Technician of
Project manager: Dario Fusco
The energy and innovation course
The course trains highly innovative figures capable of providing support to planners and installation companies in the civil and industrial systems sector, for the production of energy in an efficient manner and/or from renewable sources. In particular, the role of the design technician will be increasingly central to the country’s energy transition process: the new regulations on energy efficiency and incentives, in fact, identify the technician as the figure
responsible for certifying both that energy requalification interventions meet the technical requirements imposed by the regulations (necessary to access incentives) and that the costs of the work are congruous. These situations require new technicians, unlike past figures, to have ever-increasingly cross-sector skills in terms of energy, and of material, structural, operational and economic sustainability.
SKILLS
During the Energy and Innovation course, you will acquire the following skills:
- Developing energy certifications
- Carrying out building energy diagnosis
- MEP modelling of systems
- Planning energy upgrade works on civil building systems
- Sizing renewable energy systems
- Developing cost-benefit analysis
- Understanding aspects of work-site safety in the systems sector
- Using energy modelling software to model buildings
