Coaching
Coaches are professionals who have very close knowledge and experience of a training course such as the one offered in JAC and who, strengthened by such knowledge, have the task of accompanying each Talent throughout his or her journey, from orientation during enrollment to job placement in an individual and personalized relationship.
Every Talent is assisted by a Personal Coach who will accompany them throughout their experience and provide them support in achieving their personal and professional goals.
During the time spent in JAC, the Coaches will organise periodical interviews in order to set goals and then monitor them together with the Talent and the various figures to be involved if and when necessary.
In particular, a schedule of monthly meetings will be aimed at:
Favouring a full educational experience oriented at entering the world of employment.
Facilitating progress in the educational course.
Developing a methodology aimed at achieving specific goals with practical tools.
Organising experiences and events that are fundamental for creating a relationship based on trust.
Providing support for employment and university enrolment.
