At JobsAcademy, students are called Talents.

This is because we understand that every single young person is unique and has a special talent to discover and cultivate.

The role of the Foundation is to bring out the desires, aspirations and talents of each and every student, and then help them set out their own personal and professional objectives.

The Founder of JAC, Daniele Nembrini, compares each person to an iceberg. The visible part is much smaller that the part that cannot be seen. The challenge that JAC embraces is to uncover the hidden aspects of its Talents.

In order to encourage each Talent to take the work they have to do for themselves seriously, new projects and challenging initiatives are created every year.

HR Point

HR Point is a special project set up to create a space that allows the Talents to share their skills, offering a useful service to all their colleagues.

This is a team of Talents from the Human Resource Management course, willing to share their knowledge about the world of employment through professional counseling in an informal and youthful environment.

The Talents, coordinated by their project manager, will offer real counseling at the theoretical and practical levels, providing you with all the information you need to facilitate the integration of Talents from other courses into the world of employment.

Services offered:

Job interview simulation; CV and video CV preparation; support in understanding employment contracts, reading pay slips, and making decisions regarding severance pay funds and deductions.

I have learned so much at JAC, and I have changed so much as well. The subjects are extremely practical, and the learning by doing approach is clearly decisive compared to classic university; here, you don’t just learn, you also apply theory in practical work projects. My most meaningful experience was, without a doubt, the time I spent studying in Canada at Mohawk College.

I attended the Web Designer and Software Development course, and thanks to the success of the apprenticeship in the second year of the course, I immediately found a full-time job in a great company.
