The Store Management Course

The course aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities of a point of sale, offering a solid basis for facing daily challenges and leading the team to achieve objectives. Talent will be guided through an in-depth programme covering key skills to excel in shop management. Topics include retail fundamentals, shop operations, customer experience and sales strategies. During the course, he/she will acquire the skills necessary to successfully manage a shop, achieve business goals and offer a superior shopping experience using advanced cross-channel and multi-channel technologies, including e-commerce.
