The Customer Management Course

The course is designed to develop advanced customer management skills, providing talent with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in creating, managing and optimising customer relationships. Talents will have the opportunity to learn best practices in the industry, understand how to effectively implement customer relationship management (CRM) programmes and gain skills in using digital and analytical tools to optimise customer interactions. The course will also include case studies, practical exercises and interactive discussions to ensure practical application of the skills acquired.
